David Barmak is Chair of Mintz Levin’s Employment, Labor and Benefits Section and the editor of this blog. He has extensive experience as a trial lawyer and advisor on a broad range of employment law issues.

Martha J. Zackin
Martha is Of Counsel in the firm's Boston office, practicing in the Employment, Labor and Benefits Section. She has more than 20 years of experience advising and representing clients on a broad range of employment law issues and in adversarial proceedings.
Michael is an Associate in the firm’s New York office. He advises clients on complex employment litigation matters as well as on employee performance, retention and separation issues, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Joel is an Associate in the firm’s Boston office. In 2009 and 2010, Joel participated in Mintz Levin’s fellowship program, which allowed him to practice as an assistant attorney general with the Fair Labor Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.
Brandon is a senior Associate in the firm’s San Diego office. He focuses his practice on employment law, trade secrets, and litigation. He is frequently invited as a guest speaker for employment law and human resources management classes at San Diego universities and colleges.
